The founders’ passion gave birth to ICT. It was born in November, 2000. The main office is located in Austin, TX. ICT also has a branch office in San Antonio, TX.
Thus, the inception of ICT took place but unfortunately, at around that time, the economic condition started to deteriorate. The stock market started to plunge; companies – starting from small to well established ones - started to shut down.

In midst of such a market crisis, the ICT team decided to find out the factors leading to or contributing to such failures, so that it may learn from them. It found three major reasons: lack of proper business focus, lack of proper target markets and deteriorating customer loyalty. To ensure its survival, ICT saw the need to re-evaluate its strategy and business focus. Till then, the company had been targeting businesses of all ranges that were in need of customized web services. However, after an in depth market scanning, ICT realized that although there was a general void of quality web solution providers, it was mostly small to medium sized businesses that were in dire need of such services. The ICT team also fully comprehended the financial constraints under which these businesses operated.

From that time onwards, ICT has been offering quality web solutions and services that specifically address the need of small to medium sized businesses. Since affordable price and customer service accompany such services, ICT’s client base has been increasing fast. Thus, by learning from other’s failures and mistakes, ICT has been able to overcome the economic draught of the early 2K years.
