Ashif, our founder and President, has brought to ICT Consultants a fusion of leadership experiences sparked by his long-standing passion and desire to see the genius of technology contribute creative solutions for every organizational goal. Under Ashif’s leadership, ICT has grown from small start-up into a dynamic organization that continues to honor its founding principle, which is to provide each client with a source of unparalleled excellence in technical design and management services. Teamed with its first class technical capabilities, ICT continues to serve each client with the same personal attention and customized care it has provided since its inception.

Ashif graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. He also received his Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Southwest Texas University.

Apart from his dedication to ICT Consultants, Ashif is an active contributor to his community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Austin Asian American Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the North Austin Chamber of Commerce and the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce.

Tony joined ICT-Consultants in 2007 as Director of Business Development. For the past 7 years he has worked for Angelnet Technologies Inc, Target Corporation and Babies “R” Us before joining ICT-Consultants LLC. He has a proven track record of consultative experience and demonstrates a clear understanding of the process and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. He’s also involved into developing strategic proposals, engage clients and prospects through outstanding presentation skills and follow-up, and close new business.

Tony prepares and manages timeline and deliverables to ensure plan is kept on track. Coordinates the implementation of the new business concept amongst the internal functions (Marketing, Operations, and Technology) that will be responsible for executing within the company (this includes a testing and review phase). He maintains strong direct liaison with key external business partners in the development and implementation phases of the plan and management of relationships with external partners to ensure partners meet the project timeline.

Tony Graduated from University of Central Oklahoma in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in Management Information Systems while specializing in E-Commerce.

Nizar brings more than five years of IT consulting and project management experience to ICT Consultants. Before joining ICT, Nizar worked as Group Program Manager for Ci2i Services, Inc. As a group program manager, he was responsible for managing a diverse team of software engineers and analysts on several independent projects. Additionally, he provided consulting services that included requirements gathering and providing business, as well as technical, solutions. Nizar also joined the team at IndiaHQ Solutions when it was first founded in March 2000. While there he was responsible for managing the technical aspects of the company including maintaining IndiaHQ Network online portals, managing the technical development team, and providing consulting solutions for existing and potential customers. In addition to these tasks, Nizar was responsible for supporting the data center at IndiaHQ. His diverse background includes work on many independent IT projects revolving around ASP, CRM, ERP, and e-Commerce Portals. Nizar pursued his Bachelor's Degree from Seattle University in Business Administration where he majored in Business Finance and Information Systems, while specializing in e-Commerce with a minor in Computer Science.

Luna is primarily responsible for overall company positioning. She develops and oversees promotional programs with emphasis on establishing strong liaison between ICT and its clients. At the same time she monitors all sales and marketing channels. Luna has experience working for several Austin IT companies. She was graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Joydip is responsible for the management of MobileEye and other projects. He monitors the timely completion of project modules. He also maintains liasion with the clients and assist the clients in preparing requirement specification documents. He has experiences of managing IT projects in USA, Canada and Bangladesh. Joydip graduated from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Master's degree in Computer Engineering.
