System Analyst

ICT Consultants, Texas’ premier Software development and database design firm is seeking local system analyst to help grow and manage current projects. ICT has an established customer base with hundreds of clients both in the United States and abroad. We have been developing software application and online solutions for clients in the Texas Area since 2000.

We currently have an opportunity for system analyst to work in our Austin office. We are looking for experienced, high energy, individuals with exceptional programming and communication experience, honed prospecting skills and demonstrated success completing projects. Candidates must have software and/or other programming experience to be considered.

 Job Description  

Strong Understaning in software development life Cycle.
Develop complex applications in a structured environment.
Provide solutions to problem situations in a timely and controlled manner.
Experience in designing, developing, coding and unit testing of software applications.
Assist Business Analysts by presenting development options based on best practices for the development issue at hand.
Educational Background in Java, VB.Net and Web Programming.
Demonstrated proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, JSP, and XML.
Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2003 operating system and MS SQL Server MySql

  Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems and Professional Certifications ( Microsoft, SUN, Oracle, PMI, etc)

Responsibilities:

Interface with users to understand business and system issues currently being modified to ensure quality of design and end user satisfaction.
Apply system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems and custom reports in the development environment.
Review new business processes with users to ensure requirements have been satisfied.
Work with development team understand, develop and test all required interfaces between Clients, and development team to continually adapt improve these application.
  Actively participate in other software implementation project.

Experience:

Educational Background in Java, HTML, JSP and XML programming experience
In depth understanding in software development life cycle
Windows Server background and Networking background.Ex- Routing, Switching,LAN and Server maintenance, etc.
Must be familiar with Microsoft SQL server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers)
Must be familiar with MySql Must have very good communication skills both verbal and written
